Therefore, I respectfully pray that my resignation may kindly be accepted from 31st of March 2021 afternoon.” About Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta was born on 14th April 1959 at Rajnandgaon. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Awadhesh Pratap University from Rewa. Further, he did his L.Lb from Jivaji University with first division and thereafter, continuing legacy of his father late B.S. Gupta, Retired District & Session Judge, he started his career in 1985 by joining MP Judiciary as Civil Judge in the first attempt. He has been Legal Advisor EOW, District & Session Judge, Special Judge, Principal Judge Family Court, Legal Advisor to His Excellency Governor of Chhattisgarh.
